why?
If you have a spam blocker on your email
program, please allow messages from

Spam blockers on many ISP's such as
AOL, Hotmail, etc. will not allow messages from addresses not approved
by you. Most unfamiliar email addresses are considered spam and
automatically deleted or sent to your spam folder.

I didn't receive my
username/password -- why?
No user name or password is
needed. You will receive download information when you complete
payment.
Blank Programs -
Blank programs are shipped unfolded, paper size is 8 1/2 x 11
inches. We ship orders for blank programs the day we receive the
order or the next business day. For example - if we receive your
order on Monday, it will ship either Monday or Tuesday, then 2-3
days for Priority Mail, you should expect your order to arrive no
later than Friday. If you don't receive your order in that
approximate timeframe, send us an email or call us at
1-800-201-1705. Occasionally, a program may be out of stock, we
will notify you when to expect shipment if this happens on your
order.
How do I place an order for
printed programs?
Choose the cover
you want, click the icon of that program. This will take you to a
page that has an enlarged picture of the cover. Underneath the photo
of the cover you will see a link to Order Printed Programs with
available quantities, simply choose your quantity and then click the
Buy Now button below it.
This will take you
to our shopping cart program where you will fill in all of the
bolded items and choose your shipping method.
Click the Green
Submit Order button at the bottom right of page.
You will notice
under the Payment Information that it reads - You Have Selected
Paypal as Your Payment Provider for this transaction. If you
don't have a Paypal account, you can pay with your credit card on
the next screen
after you

When your order is
placed, you will receive an email from us with the link to download
the template(s) of your choice.
The link will lead
you to the shopping cart screen where you will fill in the bold
items and then click the Green Submit Order Button (this is a
FREE checkout). This will open
the template download page with all available templates. Follow the
instructions at the top of the screen to download the template(s).
Save the template
file to your hard drive, and then open the template
in Microsoft Word, Pagemaker or Publisher and type your information
into the file. When you have the file completed, save it and then
email it to
weddingprograms@comcast.net,
please include your nine digit order number with the email.
When we receive
the file, it will be opened and aligned if needed and a PDF proof
will be emailed back to you. Please check the PDF carefully and let
us know if corrections or changes are needed. If changes are needed,
we will make the changes and send you another PDF.
If no changes are
needed, simply send us an email or call 1-800-201-1705 and let us
know that your program is ready to print.
We usually print
and ship programs the day of or the next business day after approval
of PDF. Allow 2-3 days for Priority Mail shipping and 1-2 days for
Express Mail shipping after your order ships.
How to Order Blank Programs
Follow the
instructions above, be sure to click the Buy Now button under
Order Blank Programs. Also, you don't have to email your file to us
since you will be printing the program yourself on the cover stock
you chose.
We usually ship
blank orders the day of or the next business day after receiving the
order.
Please allow 2-3
days for Priority Mail shipping and 1-2 days for Express Mail
shipping after your order ships.

on printed orders?

I'm having a hard time
getting the alignment straight on my program template, what do I do?
Customize the template to the best of
your ability. When your customized template is received, margins, tabs,
leaders, etc. will be adjusted if needed. We will make sure that your
program has a professional quality layout and will send an email PDF
proof for your approval. This service is at no additional cost to our
customers.
How much will printed
programs cost?
50 printed programs start at $39.95 plus
shipping. If you need more than 50 programs, a price break is given
based on the number you order. Blank programs start at $7.95 for 50.
Are there any hidden charges?
No.
How do I pay for my order?
We prefer Paypal as payment medium. You
can also pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover via Paypal. We do not accept personal checks at
this time. You can pay by E-check through Paypal, but it may delay the
order a few days until E-check clears.
What are your shipping
options?
We use USPS shipping
services including
Express Mail and Priority Mail.
Can I still use the templates
if you don't print our programs or we don't order blank programs from
you?
Absolutely. You are welcome to use any
template even if an order is not placed. You can download individual
templates for $4.95 each. If you prefer, you can download all
available templates for $9.95 (this is a one-time charge). Download
information is sent after payment is complete. Email us if you have
trouble accessing the templates or if you need assistance. Our
contact information is available on any page of our site, click the
Contact Us button.

Usage
How do I use the templates?
You must have Microsoft Word (2000 or
later version),
Microsoft Publisher (2000 or later version) or
Adobe Pagemaker (version 6.5 or later)
installed on your computer to use downloaded template(s).
All files are now
delivered in native format. Just download to your hard drive and
open with the application of your choice.
I don't have any of the above programs on my computer, what are
my options?
We
recommend a really good "FREE" Office Suite that you can use to open
and edit Word documents. You can download it at:
http://www.openoffice.org
Can I view a template without
downloading it?
Yes. A .jpg version
of each template is included on every template page. If you would
like to view a PDF of the template, click on the PDF template link
on each page. You must have Adobe Reader installed to view PDF's.
The PDF versions of templates are very readable on screen and you
can also print out the file in a very readable resolution. You will
not be able to change PDF
files, only view and print.

Do I have to use the template
exactly as presented?
No. Customize the template as you wish.
Keep in mind space limitations on the printed page. If you include too
much information on the template, you may have to decrease the font size
or line spacing, which will decrease the readability of printed program.
Can I place an order to be
printed with a file I have created?
Yes. Follow the ordering instructions
and simply email the file you have created. Be sure to email the fonts
you used, unless it is a common font, if you are a Publisher user,
follow the instructions below to Pack your publication before emailing.

Issues
What do I need to do if
font(s) used in template are not available on my computer?
Use a similar font already on your
computer. You may need to change the font size and/or line spacing to
make type fit correctly.
If we are printing
your programs, we can use any font shown in the templates. Simply
make a note of the font(s) you want to use and we will modify the
template you send us with the desired font(s).
If you are a Publisher user -
you can use any font installed on your computer as long as you run the
Pack and Go Wizard before emailing the customized template to us. This
will embed the font into the Publisher file, along with any graphics
used. Search Publisher help for information on using the Pack and Go
Wizard.
If you use Pagemaker or Word and
use a font installed on your system that is not a common font, you will
have to email the font along with your customized template.
We also have links
to fonts used on each template on the individual template pages. If
an exact font is not available for free download, a link for a
similar font is provided.

Questions
What is the
thickness of the wedding program paper?
All half fold programs are
60-70 lb. smooth text paper. (Standard typing paper is 50 lb. text,
so the programs are slightly thicker, but are more opaque, meaning
the wording on the paper will not show through on the other side
noticeably). If you are familiar with standard church bulletins,
this is the type of paper our programs are printed on.
Can I write or type out our
ceremony, mail or fax it for you to layout and typeset?
Yes. There is an additional charge of
$15.00 for this service.
Why should I order from your
company?
We've operated a family
owned printing company in Central Kentucky for over 30 years and
have printed thousands of programs. You can be assured that we stand
behind our work 100%. If your finished programs differ from the PDF proof which you approve,
programs will be reprinted and shipped at our expense.
Our printed programs offer a
superior quality of print over inkjets. Laser printing will not fade
over time like an inkjet print will, nor will it smear under when it
gets moisture on it. And when you consider how much a set of inkjet cartridges for your
home printer costs, our printed programs are a real bargain. Plus, you
won't have to spend valuable time printing and folding programs. Have
